From Laser Pioneer to Life Transformer: How a Vietnamese Refugee Dentist Discovered the 95% Rule That Doubles Income
In this transformative episode of the Marketing 32 show, host Brett Allen sits down with Dat Nguyen, a former laser dentist turned mindset coach who made a radical life pivot at age 46 after 15 successful years of practice ownership. As the first laser dentist on the West Coast to treat sleep apnea and the number one sleep apnea provider in the Inland Empire, Dat had achieved what most would consider the pinnacle of dental success. Yet something was missing. After losing his father to pancreatic cancer in 2012 and discovering the five top regrets of dying people, Dat embarked on a personal development journey that led him to legendary mindset mentor Bob Proctor. Now 55 and looking decades younger, Dat helps dentists unlock what he calls the “95% rule” – the idea that mindset controls 95% of results while strategy accounts for only 5%. Through his Freedom Time Coaching, he guides dental professionals to double and triple their income by transforming their internal programming and limiting beliefs formed in childhood.

Dat Nguyen’s story represents one of the most dramatic career transformations in dentistry, moving from clinical excellence to consciousness coaching after recognizing that success without fulfillment is the ultimate failure. His dental career was marked by innovation and achievement – pioneering laser dentistry on the West Coast, becoming a sleep apnea treatment leader, and building a thriving practice over 15 years. However, his father’s rapid death from cancer triggered a deep existential questioning that led him to personal development work with mentors like Bob Proctor and Tony Robbins, ultimately culminating in a complete career pivot away from dentistry.
The core of Dat’s coaching philosophy centers on what he terms the “95% rule” – the principle that mindset and internal programming control 95% of results while strategy accounts for only 5%. This challenges the traditional dental approach of focusing primarily on clinical skills, practice management systems, and marketing strategies while ignoring the mental and emotional foundations that drive behavior. Dat’s work involves excavating limiting beliefs formed in early childhood (ages 0-5) that create what he calls “paradigms” – unconscious mental programs that control behavior. His process includes activating imagination, setting “C-goals” that seem impossible based on past performance, and installing new belief systems through spaced repetition.
The transformation results Dat describes are remarkable, including clients who double their income within months simply by changing their thinking patterns. His own physical transformation serves as a testament to his methods – at 55, he appears decades younger and feels more energetic than he did at 20. His coaching extends beyond financial success to encompass what he calls “time freedom” – helping dentists restructure their priorities to serve themselves first, then family, then business. This inside-out approach represents a fundamental shift from the typical outside-in strategy of changing external circumstances while leaving internal programming unchanged.

Quotable Moments
“I met my mentor Bob Proctor… He told me things that I never heard of in dental school. And I paid like $100,000. Took me 10 years. And then none of this was taught in school.” – Dat Nguyen
“Mindset is 95% of what we do. Doesn’t matter what you do. Strategy is only 5% because you do without the right mindset. You can do the same marketing, you can do the same dentistry, but you’re not getting the result because of the way you think.” – Dat Nguyen
“Everything that you need to be happy, healthy and wealthy is already within you. So all you have to do is to bring it from the inside out.” – Dat Nguyen
“Everything happened twice. It happened in your mind first, and it happened in your reality.” – Dat Nguyen
“You are the only problem you have, but you are the only solution.” – Bob Proctor (shared by Dat)
“We were born perfect. Every one of us born perfect. But because of the belief system… you doubt yourself, you worry and doubt, you don’t believe in yourself.” – Dat Nguyen
“You gotta pay yourself first. You gotta give to you first. And then you have so much more to give to your family. And then you have so much more energy to give to your business.” – Dat Nguyen
Action Steps
- Assess Your Current Fulfillment – Honestly evaluate whether you feel “there has to be more than this” despite professional success
- Identify Limiting Beliefs – Examine beliefs formed between ages 0-5 that might be constraining your current potential
- Practice Thought Awareness – Begin monitoring your 78,000 daily thoughts, especially self-talk patterns
- Set a C-Goal – Establish a goal that seems impossible based on your past performance (double/triple income)
- Prioritize Self-Care First – Restructure your priorities: self first, then family, then business

personal development. love talking about this kind of stuff. And today will be no different with a new friend of mine, Nguyen. Dat is a laser dentist with 15 years of practice ownership. And he’s now rewired to be a Procter Gallagher consultant, helping dentists and healthcare professionals create results that they seriously want for their lives. Dat, welcome to the show. Glad you’re here.
Dat Nguyen (01:26)
Thank you. Thank you, Brett. Welcome to the show. Thank you for having me here.
Brett Allen (01:28)
Yeah.
Yeah. I’m excited to dig deeper with you and, and, pull out of you all the cool stuff you can share with us about mindset and happiness and, and personal development, all of this stuff. So before we kind of get into that, let’s talk more about your dental career and what you did as a dentist and why you transitioned into being a, a coach. Tell us about that journey. So start with dentistry. Yeah.
Dat Nguyen (01:57)
so I I started kind of late. I entered dental school at 32 years old and graduated at 36 years old. was the third oldest at Loma Linda. And I love dentistry. I…
I mesmerized by it. That’s all I live and breathe and talk about. All I talk about is dentistry. ⁓ I was a laser dentist. I love technology. I love laser. I use laser for everything because it’s easy. It’s amazing. ⁓ Love it. I really enjoy it.
Brett Allen (02:28)
Yeah.
Dat Nguyen (02:33)
So I grow my own practice for 15 years. I became the number one sleep apnea treatment in the inland empire area, working with Kaiser. And I was the first laser dentist in the whole West Coast to use laser to treat sleep apnea. So I have laser in every room, all three rooms. I love it, because who wants to have a shot,
Brett Allen (02:47)
Hmm
wow.
Yeah.
Dat Nguyen (03:01)
I like that. That makes ⁓ me happy, patient happy to get, ⁓ solve the problem faster. So that’s what I love about laser.
Brett Allen (03:09)
Mmm.
I’m amazed by that. I didn’t realize how how integrated lasers were in dentistry and how many different types of treatments there were.
Dat Nguyen (03:19)
Yeah,
started using it when it was in second year. They asked who want to take a laser clout? I was the first one to raise my hand. So we did a phrenectomy, if you’re in United, you know how it works. We cut it, no, we do two, one with the knife with 32 stitches bleeding everywhere. I don’t know, it took a long time.
Brett Allen (03:34)
yeah, with a laser?
Okay.
Dat Nguyen (03:45)
And the second one with a laser, it took maybe less than two minutes, no bleeding. So your choice, which one do you want? I mean, I mean, so from that on, I love laser. I start to use laser right away. ⁓ I start my practice with laser right away. I love it.
Brett Allen (03:50)
Wow
Yeah. Wow. Wow.
Yeah.
Very, very cool. So you did that for 15 years?
Dat Nguyen (04:09)
Yes, 15 years. I acceded out of dentistry in 2021. I didn’t renew my license. I met my mentor Bob Proctor in 2016. I was 46 years old back then.
Brett Allen (04:14)
on YouTube.
Dat Nguyen (04:24)
I was happy. I had my practice, pay off the health, pay off the loan, have my beautiful wife, children. But I kind of feel like there has to be more than this. There’s something else. I’ve done this already. What else can I do? So I met my mentor Bob Proctor. I don’t know if you know him. He is the movie The Secret. He teaches law of attraction. He told me things that…
Brett Allen (04:39)
Hmm.
Mmm.
Yeah.
Dat Nguyen (04:53)
I never heard of in dental school. And I paid like $100,000. Took me 10 years. And then none of this was taught in school. And here he was, he had two months of high school. He was kicked out of the Navy. He was sick, broke, and tired all the time. But now he transformed lives of millions of people. He taught me how to really think, how to think.
Brett Allen (04:54)
Yeah, it’s wild. I remember the first time I saw the…
Hmm.
you
Hmm.
Dat Nguyen (05:21)
Like he took my head off, he shook it around and then put it back and like wow. So I love it. Yes, I love it. And I decide I make a decision that I’m going to be a coach. I’m going to help people transform their lives to create freedom.
Brett Allen (05:26)
Yeah, blow your mind, blow your mind, right?
Dat Nguyen (05:39)
to have freedom to be really be who you are, truly happy who you are, physically health, better in all areas of your life and relationship. Business, money, spiritual and contribution, you can impact a lot more people.
Brett Allen (05:49)
Mmm.
Yeah, that’s awesome. Well, it certainly is translating to your physical health. You look so much younger than you are. You’re over 50 now, right?
Dat Nguyen (06:04)
I turned 55 August 5th, so three weeks ago I turned 55 and I feel amazing being 55.
Brett Allen (06:08)
55. OK.
Yeah, you look amazing,
man. Like if you guys aren’t listening or if you’re not watching on YouTube or the video stream of this, you got to check it out. Dr. Nguyen looks like he’s in his 30s, early 30s. He’s super young looking. You do not look.
Dat Nguyen (06:26)
Yeah, I’m doing things
that I didn’t think about when I was 20, just because now I know I can do it. Yeah.
Brett Allen (06:30)
Yeah.
Yeah. Well, that’s
awesome. I love this concept. I love talking about personal development and mindset and how, you know, how to think. ⁓ did you do any work with Tony Robbins or any of that kind of, okay. Yeah.
Dat Nguyen (06:47)
Yes, did too. Both me
and my wife, we did the work together with Tony Robyn. We became a platinum member. We go into Fiji ⁓ next year for the Live and Well Mastery with Tony Robyn. So I opened to learning from everywhere. Everyone, PSI seminar, bar practice, main mentor, Tony Robyn, Dr. Zoe Dispenza, so many.
Brett Allen (06:54)
Okay.
⁓ cool.
Yeah.
Dat Nguyen (07:15)
So many out there to learn. ⁓ Yeah, I’m open to learn.
Brett Allen (07:17)
When
you were in dentistry, what attracted you to go this route and kind of pivot out of dentistry? What was it that you think pulled you into this work?
Dat Nguyen (07:28)
To be honest, was an emotional impact, I think. I lost my father in 2012 really fast, within 6 months. He had pancreatic cancer and he was gone like that. And it really shook me and it made me rethink my life. And I looked up, I just shared this yesterday on YouTube, the 5 top regrets that most people have.
Brett Allen (07:33)
Hmm.
Mmm.
of
Hmm.
Dat Nguyen (07:57)
You know, we regret to work too hard. We regret that you don’t express yourself. You don’t regret that you don’t, they don’t, they don’t let themselves be happy, connect with people and then really live the life the way they want it. So I started doing that. And then I went to personal development with my wife and then I met Bob Proctor and it really…
Brett Allen (08:08)
Hmm.
Hmm.
Dat Nguyen (08:23)
change how I think about my life. What do I really want with my life, with my time here on earth? What can I do? So I have this purpose, this vision I want to impact way more than what I’ve done in dentistry. I can help dentistry but this I can transform a life or a generation, the next generation. So I love it. So that’s what I want to do.
Brett Allen (08:29)
Hmm. Hmm.
Hmm.
That’s awesome.
So how do you, how do you work with Dennis? You talked about creating true happiness, health, mental freedom, time, financial freedom, live the way you deserve, changing how you think. How do you work? What’s your coaching like? What do you, what do you do to help Dennis?
Dat Nguyen (09:07)
So we started with a discovery call to know, really know what they want, what is a problem that they want, what is something that we really want, they haven’t done it yet, and really change the way they think. Basically, we are what we think about, we are what we feel, we are what we ⁓ feel, and then we take action based on that.
Brett Allen (09:21)
Mm-hmm.
Mm-hmm.
Dat Nguyen (09:34)
And a lot of that have to do with our, we call it paradigm. It’s a habit. It’s a mental program that control about 95 % of everyone, everything, whatever you, me, everything in the world, we do that.
So mindset is 95 % of what we do. Doesn’t matter what you do. Strategy is only 5 % because you do without the right mindset. You can do the same marketing, you can do the same dentistry, but you’re not getting the result because of the way you think. So when I talk to work-related dentist, I really sit down and see what is the belief system that I have.
Brett Allen (10:04)
Hmm.
Dat Nguyen (10:12)
Most of it came from when you were very young, from zero to five years old. I grew up very poor in Vietnam during the Vietnam War with nothing. I came here when I was 21 with no money, no English. I used to joke like I grew up with no TV, no refrigerator. People were like, you’re weird. Yeah, have refrigerator. So I had a lot of limiting belief in myself about what
Brett Allen (10:15)
Yeah.
Hmm.
You are not the norm in America, that’s for sure. No TV growing up.
Dat Nguyen (10:42)
who I am, what I am, what I can do. I didn’t know who I am, to be honest, really, besides being a dentist. So after I met Bob Proctor, he opened my mind. ⁓ I really know who I am now. And I can go back to five years old, I did something. 10 years old, I did something, something happened to me. That was it. It happened then. So…
Brett Allen (11:01)
Yeah.
And it wired your thinking.
Dat Nguyen (11:12)
everything that you need to be happy, healthy and wealthy is already within you. So all you have to do is to bring it from the inside out. So when you go to school, you learn more, you just pile more information in, but you’re not really using it. We’re using only maybe 5, 10 % of our mental faculty, the higher mental faculty.
Brett Allen (11:21)
Hmm.
Mm-hmm.
Dat Nguyen (11:37)
Until I open up, I really know who I am. I can do so much more beyond being a dentist. I can make a lot of impact.
Brett Allen (11:40)
Hmm.
How do you help,
yeah, how do you help doctors do that? What are some of the techniques to tap into who you really are? What’s the, what do do?
Dat Nguyen (11:55)
So I would open them, activate their imagination, that’s one of the higher mental faculty that we have, to dream, to think about what it is that you really want. What do you want for your life, for your time, for your business, for your family, for yourself? And then set a goal beyond anything that you’ve done before. We call it a C-goal.
Brett Allen (12:11)
Hmm.
Dat Nguyen (12:23)
We used to take a smart goal, maybe 50 % a year. But when we talk about doubling your income, tripling your income, people say, are you crazy? But one of my recent clients, she doubled her income within a couple of months working with me just because she thinks different. That’s all you want. And then to me, it’s easier because you control your thinking, right?
Brett Allen (12:26)
Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.
Mmm.
Mm-hmm.
Dat Nguyen (12:53)
You are not controlling the outside world. That’s out of your control. But your thinking, you have full control of that. So I teach them how to think. I don’t know what they want. So they know what they want, but I teach them how to think. That’s the process that we go to. ⁓
Brett Allen (12:57)
Hmm.
Yeah.
Dat Nguyen (13:12)
And
it working from the natural law. It happened for me. It happened for you. It happened for everyone. If you apply it, just like gravity, you drop it, you’re gonna drop down, right? So it worked for everyone. So when you understand the law, it worked. That’s how I use it. then we have multiple. We have so many laws that we can learn from that I… ⁓
Brett Allen (13:20)
Mm-hmm. Right, right.
This is the law of attraction, kind of, is this what you’re talking about?
Hmm.
Dat Nguyen (13:39)
I think schools should talk about that, should teach us about that. I wasn’t taught that in school about money, about business, about thinking, period. How to think? No one taught us that at all. So when you transform your thinking, you transform your life.
Brett Allen (13:50)
Yeah, critical thinking.
Yeah, this concept of critical thinking, being aware of the thoughts you have when you’re having them, right? think ⁓ it’s life. You go through life, you know, by default, you’re just having a, whenever there’s a stimulus, however you’re wired, that’s how you respond. But if you can pause in the moment and think through, what does this mean? What meaning am I attaching to it? And why am I processing this?
Dat Nguyen (14:23)
Mm-hmm.
Brett Allen (14:26)
stimulus this way? Is that kind of what you’re talking about? The work that you do is like you kind of rewire that process so that you fundamentally respond differently to life?
Dat Nguyen (14:28)
Mm-hmm.
Yes.
Yes,
there’s only two ways to change. After 150 years of wisdom coming from my mentor and from his mentor, we found out there’s only two ways to change. If you really want to change your life, any aspect of your life, your health, your marriage, your relationship, your finance, your business, one is the emotional impact like I had.
Brett Allen (14:50)
Hmm.
Mm.
Dat Nguyen (15:03)
But the
second one is what we’re doing now is you have a space repetition of new idea, new belief system installing you just like you have new iPhone coming out every now and then you have new Tesla, you go into Mars now. So what is it that you install in your belief? If you start to install in what you want instead of what you don’t want, it’s kind of simple. You have a choice.
Brett Allen (15:15)
Right. ⁓
Yeah.
Dat Nguyen (15:32)
A lot of time we think about things that we don’t want. And then we are attracting things that we don’t want and then have results that we don’t want. But now if you think about what you want, the result that you want, you start to attract, you feel…
Brett Allen (15:35)
Right
Right.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Mm-hmm.
Dat Nguyen (15:51)
And then you, the universe will send to you whatever you need. You run into people like I’m running to you, you’re running to me. There’s no coincidence. We are guided. But it happened in here. Everything happened twice. It happened in your mind first, and it happened in your reality. So when you realize that, you look at your result, everything happened outside is from what you think inside, right?
Brett Allen (16:04)
Hmm
Hmm.
Yeah. Yeah.
Dat Nguyen (16:19)
So
you want to change your result, you change how you think, you change yourself. So we have a very repeatable process that anyone who goes through the system will create the result they want if they do the work. If they do the work. It’s an inside work, it’s an internal job that you can do. To me, it’s easier than controlling outside.
Brett Allen (16:41)
Yeah,
I guess that’s all you can really control, right? Is how you process the world? Yeah. I remember the first time I came across this concept of the law of attraction and the secret. I was in college. This was 2003, 2004, somewhere in there. No, excuse me, 2005-ish, somewhere in there.
Dat Nguyen (16:45)
Yes, every single day.
you
Brett Allen (17:04)
I remember seeing the trailer for the secret. If you guys haven’t seen this, you should go check it out on YouTube, the trailer for the secret, because it’s just wild. got all these people talking about how they think about, I want a million dollars. And then in a year they’ve got a million dollars. Like people are getting money showing up in their mailbox. Like it’s all this like wild kind of like, what is this? What is this? This seems like snake oil. This is like crazy. And there’s a whole movie about this? What’s going on? Yeah.
Dat Nguyen (17:10)
Yes.
Too good? It’s good. Right?
Yes.
Brett Allen (17:33)
Yeah, I remember that. But so for those docs out there that are hearing this, that may be a little bit skeptical, like woo woo, what is this mindset stuff, law of attraction? How do you talk to doctors who ⁓ have some of these limiting beliefs that they’ve developed over life and are maybe they’re trying to do this work, but they’re not seeing the results they want? that kind of, how do you handle that?
Dat Nguyen (17:35)
Yeah.
So when I talk to a client, I really want to find out what is a a very deep subconscious belief that holding them back. So we call them paradigm for short because it control everything. So as dentists, we have a lot of good belief, good paradigm to get us to where we are right now. I thought about it, like we are on the top profession.
Brett Allen (18:25)
Yeah, yeah. You’re successful.
Yeah, sure.
Dat Nguyen (18:28)
Top 5%. We were very smart. We took the DAT. We had to take the DAT.
to enter school, we to be the top. Enter school, we discipline ourselves to four years, and then we become a business owner. But now, those are the good things. But if you’re not successful, you don’t get the result that you want in any area of your life, because there is some deep, limited belief deep inside you, something that you don’t even know. So I want to find out. I want to find out.
Brett Allen (19:04)
Hmm.
Dat Nguyen (19:09)
if they allow themselves and you find that when you find that will replace it with a better belief that’s it it’s a habit thinking is the habit but we have 78 000 thoughts a day so how 78 000 thoughts a day so how many of those are you in control of and then we talk to ourselves most of them are self-taught like
Brett Allen (19:17)
Hmm.
Yeah, yeah
Dat Nguyen (19:37)
You think about yourself. I’m not good enough. What if people think about me? What do they think about me? And a lot of doubt and fear. ⁓ so I use this. This is the mind. I did not understand the mind before until I see this figure. It’s funny, right? It’s a thick figure. So this is our mind. This is our conscious mind. This is our subconscious mind. This is your sense. You see, hear, smell, taste, and touch.
Brett Allen (19:38)
stuff image, critical towards yourself. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Hmm.
Dat Nguyen (20:07)
This
is your body. So your conscious mind, your thinking mind, it will tell your subconscious mind what to do. When you hear of an idea, like whatever I just shared with you, you can reject, you can accept, or you can ignore it. You can do that here, but whatever you accept, like when you accept an idea from the secret,
Brett Allen (20:20)
Mm-hmm.
Mm-hmm.
Mm-hmm.
Dat Nguyen (20:31)
It’s gonna go to your subconscious
mind. Your subconscious mind cannot reject. has to. Like I’m telling myself, I’m gonna do 100 push-ups, 50 pull-ups, under 10 minutes.
My body just accepted and I did it in three minutes. That’s how I create my health too, using the same system. So when you understand the relationship between your mind and your body, your body just doing what your subconscious might tell it to do. When you understand this, it’s amazing. So I used to do the OCam. We talk about dentists, we laugh about OCam all the time because it’s a killer subject. We hate OCam.
Brett Allen (20:46)
Mm.
Hmm.
Ha
Dat Nguyen (21:07)
I didn’t understand OKM when I was in Vietnam. I didn’t like it. I lost the basic. But when I decided to be a dentist, I came back. I really studied, I understand OKM to the point I became a tutor. I tutor AP chemistry. So now same thing. If you understand your mind, you can create anything you want from your mind, from your thinking. That’s why I look.
Brett Allen (21:29)
What?
So help bring me up to speak. I don’t know what’s OKAM.
Dat Nguyen (21:34)
Organic chemistry. You ask any dentist about organic chemistry, they will tell you what it is. I hate it, and I love it when I understood it. love it too. I became a tutor. I can teach at OCAMP back then. I run an AP chemistry tutor for the whole high school class. Yeah, while I was waiting for dental school to accept me.
Brett Allen (21:35)
⁓ okay, okay.
OK, yeah, I didn’t know the acronym. OK. Got it.
really?
wow, that’s cool.
Dat Nguyen (22:04)
So that’s something like if you don’t understand it, you hate it, you don’t know it. But when you understand how it works, like calculus, OCam, the endocene, whatever, this is your mind. Yeah, it’s important to understand and then to really know who you are. Most people don’t know who you are. Don’t know who they are.
Brett Allen (22:09)
Mm-hmm.
Yeah, it unlocks for you. Yeah. Yeah.
Yeah.
Well, this has been phenomenal, that I think there’s so much, we’re just scratching the surface and the kind of work that you do and the impact you can have for Dennis, having that transformation to work with you. Where do we send them if they want to work with you? What’s the?
Dat Nguyen (22:39)
⁓
I have my website freedomtimecoaching.com. I have my Facebook group for dentists who want to create time freedom.
and also have my current link to book a link, a call with me to do a discovery call. So most of all, just want to first, I just want to really connect to understand where they are, what are they doing, where they’re coming from, what is the struggle that they have, what do you really want? ⁓
Brett Allen (23:05)
Hmm.
Hmm.
Dat Nguyen (23:09)
we activate the mind and say if time, money and resource is no issue, what do you wanna do with your time? How you wanna live your life? How you wanna wake up too? But every day, you love what you do every day, right? You have any concern about money, you hang out with people who support you and you’re excited about every single day, like every Monday.
Brett Allen (23:17)
Yeah.
Hmm.
Hmm.
Dat Nguyen (23:36)
every Monday, it’s like a weekend. So how does that look to you? And then we’ll see what is it that holding them back? What is the struggle? And we really, when we figured out the root cause, the root cause of our problem in the body, in our health, in our business, in our relationship, everything is from thinking. From what you think, what you think with, what you feel, what you feel create, what you act.
Brett Allen (23:36)
Yeah. Yeah.
Hmm.
the energy you out. Yeah.
Dat Nguyen (24:05)
That’s the attitude.
So in business, in relationship, marriage too, if you have a problem, you look at yourself. I used to blame everyone around me, but now…
Brett Allen (24:17)
Yeah, yeah.
You can’t control them.
Dat Nguyen (24:20)
No, that’s
a favorite quote that Bob told me. You are the only problem you have, but you are the only solution. So I am the only problem I have, no one else.
But because of that, it’s amazing because I can control that. I am the solution. I can change everything in it. I have it in me. I will help them to bring it out from them. There’s something in them that they don’t even know they have. Sin first, we were born perfect. Every one of us born perfect. But because of the belief system.
Brett Allen (24:37)
Mm-hmm.
Yeah.
Dat Nguyen (24:57)
know, culture, school, teacher, sometimes parents too. They did the best they can. They even saw in you, lived in belief that you doubt yourself, you worry and doubt, you don’t believe in yourself. But if you can take out all that, who you truly were, it’s beautiful. And you have everything you have in you to do whatever you want, whatever you want. Life is short. You wanna live your best life now.
So I love to create time freedom for dentists to do what they want, to spend more time with family. Most of them, I think, time for themselves. A lot of people do the opposite. They spend time for business first, then for family, and then for themselves last. I’m like, no, you’re doing it wrong. You gotta pay yourself first. You gotta give to you first. And then you have so much more to give to your family.
Brett Allen (25:36)
Hmm.
Hmm.
Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.
Dat Nguyen (25:56)
And then you have so much more energy to give to your business, to the world. So with that, you change the way how you look at you and you change how you look at the whole world. And everything’s beautiful when you start living from the inside out.
Brett Allen (26:08)
Hmm.
I love it. love it. Show up differently and your world will change. This has been awesome, Thank you so much for the insights and advice. This has been great. Dat Nguyen (26:37)
Thank you so much, great to connect with you and see what you’re doing, how you help dentists with marketing. Marketing is everything, we have internal marketing, external marketing, I used to love marketing also. So this is how you see yourself, how you see yourself and what other people will see you through marketing. Thank you so much for inviting me, thanks for helping the dental world with what you do. You guys are doing amazing. ⁓
Brett Allen (26:52)
Hmm.
